Hello, I'm Mike, the proud owner of Ri-son Irrigation & Land Services. After several years of experience in the irrigation industry, I decided to open my own family run business 9 years ago. I’ve built a business that’s dedicated to providing top-quality irrigation solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We specialize in residential & commercial irrigation systems, and our goal is to ensure that your lawn, garden, or property stays healthy and hydrated all year round.

Due to our great success in irrigation, we’ve expanded our services to offer a comprehensive range of outdoor solutions. In addition to irrigation, we also specialize in:

We service all areas in Southwestern Ontario and are proud to be a family-owned and operated business since 2016.

When I decided to start my own business, my two boys, Riley and Carson, were incredibly supportive and showed great interest in being involved. One of the biggest challenges I faced was choosing a name that truly represented the heart of our business. After much thought, I decided on the name Ri-son. The "Ri" comes from Riley, and the "son" comes from Carson. This name felt perfect, as it not only combines parts of their names but also symbolizes the foundation of our business—family.

I enjoy being actively involved in my community and serve as a captain for our local volunteer fire department. Protecting and helping my community stay strong is something I truly value. In addition to this, I love sharing my knowledge and experience, which has allowed me to teach within the fire industry.

Owning a seasonal business definitely gives me a lot of free time in the winter. With over 30 years experience as an automotive technician, I have been fortunate enough to become a product trainer for one of the big four automakers at my local college during my off time. Helping others has always been a passion of mine, and I’ve found great satisfaction in expanding my expertise to serve the community in new ways.
